I wanted to tell you both how grateful we are to your family. Kevin and Erik talk often of their experience on the ranch. It’s fun to see them laughing and enjoying life again. Erik was having a hard time securing work in LA., so Kevin was able to get him a job out here. He’s been with us since about the middle of October. His long term goal is to save money and go back to school. Kevin has a good job and works long hours. He is hoping around February, that he can begin to get an electricians license. The neighbors have been very welcoming to Kevin and he seems to be happy. Both men seem to be doing well. Thanks again for all you have done and continue to do for others. You were an answer to many prayers. We hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas.
We want to thank both of you for the wonderful graduation for Michael. We were very impressed how well things went.
Thank you for your kind words, hard work, find examples, strength and unconditional love. We are indebted to you but realize it is up to Michael now, but lots of people are cheering him on. We love you and the ranch.
Thank you for all that you have done for Michael especially but other young men and families too. May the Lord continue to bless you and watch over you.
I just wanted to let you know that I really do appreciate the ranch program and how it helped Matthew. Matthew made huge changes on the ranch. He grew in his face, he learned how to work hard, he learns to work with others as a team, he learned to work and listen to peers, he was able to get off his medications and he has learned skills that helped him to maintain a job.
Your family driven program is truly unique. Family values are important and your family working together is a great model. As Matthew continues to transition to supportive living, I hope that your family continues the unique Ministry that it provides.
I wanted to thank you for everything that you did for me at the ranch. The lessons I learned I still apply today and I plan on employing them for the rest of my life. I started college a few weeks ago and things are going well for me and most of it if not all of that to you and Greg. Even little things you taught me like loading the dishwasher and keeping my drawers neat. As silly as it sounds that is something that I had never really done before. And then there was the trips to the doctor’s office and providing clothes and food. All things you did out of your time and your day. Taking me as far as Provo sometimes and then coming back to the ranch and making sure everyone had a warm meal that night. Something I admire still to this day. And Greg stocks have helped me Shaped my views on work and how I live my life day today. I remember him telling us that hard work was key and that looking at a finished accomplishment was one of the most fulfilling things someone can do. At first I didn’t believe it but after cleaning an entire field of barbed wire with Coco, other men and myself. I learned this to be very true. The other day I was talking to my grandmother and she really hit a nerve with me. She was talking about the kid I was before I went to the ranch and the man I am now. I still have things to work but because of the program I know I am strong enough and worth it to change them. A lot has changed and my life has done a full 360. I am extremely grateful for everything that was done for me there. Again thank you… You and Greg saved my life. I would have been dead in another six months at the rate I was going… You taught me lessons that helped me finish my senior year and have allowed me to progressed into college.
